Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AIAVE Pet and set the boundaries of the virtual companion experience.
1. The service
AIAVE Pet provides AI-generated virtual pets for conversation, reflection, comfort, and entertainment. The companion is artificial intelligence. It is not a person, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or emergency service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. AIAVE Pet does not offer accounts or paid services to minors, including with parental permission. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and activity under your account.
3. Safety boundary
Do not rely on AIAVE Pet for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified human professional. The service may interrupt character-style conversation when safety concerns arise.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harm, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, deceive, or violate another person’s rights; create sexual content involving minors; distribute malware; bypass usage or payment controls; automate abusive traffic; or conduct illegal activity.
5. Virtual pets and custom creation
Ready-made companions use pre-created assets. Custom virtual pets are generated from text descriptions only in this release. Do not submit personal photographs or request a recognizable real person. Payment submits a request for manual review and does not begin generation. We may approve it, request changes, or reject it and initiate refund review. Generation starts only after administrator approval. AI output is probabilistic, so exact visual or verbal results cannot be guaranteed.
6. Your content
You retain rights you already hold in text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit your content and must not include confidential information you are not authorized to share.
7. AIAVE content and license
The service, brand, interface, ready-made companion assets, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AIAVE.NET. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing.
8. Payments and renewals
Prices, billing period, currency, taxes, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not shorten the current paid period. Our payment provider may act as merchant of record and handle payment, tax, receipts, chargebacks, and refunds.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, control abuse, or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every AI response will be accurate or appropriate.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or does not pay amounts due. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time, subject to legally required record retention.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AIAVE.NET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
