Refund Policy
We want payment decisions to be clear before generation begins and problems to be handled fairly afterward.
1. Free services
No payment is collected for the Free Companion plan, so there is no purchase to refund.
2. Subscription purchases
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid billing period. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, partial periods and unused time are not automatically refunded.
3. Custom virtual pets
Payment places a custom request into manual review; it does not begin generation. If we reject the request, it is marked for refund. A customer may cancel for a full refund before an administrator approves generation. Once generation has started after approval, the fee is generally non-refundable because computing resources are immediately consumed and the result is made specifically from your description.
4. Failed or materially defective delivery
If a paid generation fails and no usable result is delivered, we will retry the generation or provide a refund. If the delivered result materially ignores the submitted description because of a service error, contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue so we can review a correction, credit, or refund.
5. Accidental and duplicate charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or a payment was unauthorized. We may request information needed to locate and verify the transaction.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@aiave.net with the subject “Refund Request.” Include the account email, order or transaction number, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long the credit takes to appear. Our payment provider may process and communicate the final refund.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
