This policy explains what AIAVE Pet processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to AIAVE Pet, an AI-generated virtual pet companionship service provided through AIAVE.NET. It covers visitors, account holders, free users, and paying customers.
2. Information we process
- Account information: name or display name, email address, sign-in identifiers, and account status.
- Companion settings: chosen virtual pet, nickname, species, connection story, personality, and voice preferences.
- Conversation content: messages you submit and AI-generated replies needed to provide the chat service.
- Payment information: product, price, currency, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by AIAVE Pet.
- Technical information: browser, device, approximate location derived from IP address, logs, security events, and service diagnostics.
3. No personal photo upload in this release
The current virtual-pet service does not request or accept personal photographs for pet creation. Custom pets are created from written descriptions. Please do not include a real person’s identity, sensitive personal information, or instructions to imitate a recognizable person.
4. How we use information
- Provide accounts, conversations, voices, virtual pets, and paid features.
- Remember settings you choose and maintain service continuity.
- Process purchases, refunds, fraud checks, and customer support.
- Secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
5. AI and service providers
Your prompts and necessary companion settings may be sent to contracted AI, speech, hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and payment providers to perform the service. AIAVE Pet identifies the companion as artificial intelligence. We do not sell personal information for money and do not use private conversations for targeted advertising.
6. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Conversation history and companion settings may be retained while your account is active. Some security, payment, and compliance records may remain after deletion where required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also delete conversations or your account when those controls are available. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Adults only
AIAVE Pet is intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts, purchase services, or submit personal information. If we learn that a minor has used the service, we may close the account and delete the information, subject to legally required record retention.
9. International processing and security
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
